How do I log into my membership account?

You can log in to your membership account by using your laptop or mobile phone. It's recommended to avoid logging in with a company laptop for security reasons.

Simply visit our website and enter your login details.

What are BSRC's Office Business Hours?

Monday-Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Friday Prayer break: 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays: Closed

How to sign up for BSRC Membership?

Go to ”Membership” page or click which categories for your membership and apply for membership. You may also obtain the form from the BSRC Admin Office. Please provide 2 passport photos of yourself and subsequently any other family members(Spouse & Children)

The form need to be approved by HR: HRO / 21 / 22 / 23 (For Expat) and HRO/ 31 / 32 / 33

BSJV Parents will need to submit their dependents details (only for unemployed) up to aged 25 years old via offline to Front desk.

Above 25 years old will be required to apply as per normal membership.

What is included in the membership?

*The membership fee does not include lessons. Example Swimming, Tennis, etc.*

Can I still use BSRC Sport Facilities if I am not a member?

Yes! You can still use the facilities by purchasing an Individual pass or Family Pass. Individual pass is BND10 and Family pass is BND15 (Family consists of two adults + two children under (12) twelve years old). Both passes have access to the facilities (Swimming Pool, Snooker & Billiards, Tennis, Squash, Badminton and Gym).

What is a Guest Pass?

The Guest pass is to allow BSRC members to bring Non-members to use certain BSRC facility.

Purchase and usage of the day Guest pass comes with terms and conditions:

The pass has to be sponsored by a member.

Non-members must be accompanied by a member

$3/child/day for children below 12 for a maximum of 3 days.

$6/person/day for adults and children 12 years and above for a maximum of 3 days.

How To Puchase a Guest Pass?

The guest pass can be purchased either during office hours from the BSRC Admin or from the Sports Complex after office hours.

Please take note that the only method of payment after office hours is using Chits/Bank Transfer. The Chit/Bank Transfer facility is only available for Full Members(BSJV) or Members with Credit Facility.

NO cash transactions are allowed to be made to the Sports Complex.

What is the size(Length) of the Lap Pool?

The length of the lap pool is 30 meters in length.

How high is the diving platform?

There are two diving platforms. 1.5m and 3m in height.

How do I or who should register into the new Club Membership System (CMS)?

STEP 1

You have to update your membership profile through this link : UPDATE NOW *Remarks - It will take 1 working days for it to be processed into the membership system.

Step 2

After 1 working day of processing , Open your browser and enter www.bsrcbrunei.com and click login button.

Step 3

Click FORGOT PASSWORD? to get your new password.

Step 4

Fill in your membership Number and your registered mobile number.

Step 5

OTP will be send to your registered mobile number and change to a new password.

Step 6

Login using your Membership ID and New Password and click submit.

OTP will be send to your registered mobile number to sign in to your Membership Account.

Step 7

Click Profiles to have access to your E-digital Membership card.

Additionally, members are required to have upload their photo ID via their membership account.

If you have not updated your membership profile with BSRC or have not received your personalized QR Code:

Please contact BSRC to complete and submit “Update Personal Details” at Click here to provide your updated email address and mobile contact.

Your QR Code will be emailed to you within one (1) working days upon registration or submission.

Additionally, members are required to have upload their photo ID via their membership account.

For newly registered subscribers:

Your QR Code will be emailed to you within one (1) working day when your application has been approved online or by logging in after you have completed your registration online.

Where do I register into the new CMS?

Visit our Front Desk at BSRC Admin Office to register or contact us at email: admin@bsr-c.com. Or sign-up online at www.bsrcbrunei.com directly.

Do I need to provide my email ?

Yes, Your personalized QR Code will be given to subscribers through email. If you do not have a valid email account, you can request our Front Desk to print your QR Code for you on behalf.

Why do I need a QR Code?

To serve you better, you need a QR Code to access into the Club without login at Front Desk from 16 October 2024. You can either have this available on your mobile phone or have this printed to present to Security and Front Desk prior to entry.

When must I register for my personalized QR Code?

Existing subscribers should have their personalized QR Code from BSRC by 16th October 2024 if you have successfully updated your membership profile. Additionally, your photo ID must and can be uploaded on your membership account from 1st November 2024 onwards.

For Family Package, do all my family members get a personalized QR code?

No, each family member will have the same QR code as your principal account.

Where do I have my (and family members) photo ID taken?

You can upload your family members and your passport photo (each family members, if they are registered members) via your membership account.

Why do I need a photo ID too?

A photo ID is required for verification and security purposes upon entry from 1st November 2024.

Will a new membership card be issued for each subscriber (and their family members) with a new membership number and personalized QR Code?

No physical membership card will be issued from 16th October 2024. You are advised to either have your QR Code with you on your mobile or temporary printed if you opt too.

Do Day-Pass or accompanied guest require a QR Code?

Yes, a Day-Pass (walk-in) customers and members’ guests will require a QR Code. Both Day-Pass (walk-in) and guests must present their QR Code at Front Desk prior to entry.

What are benefits of this website?

To serve our members better, it allows members to book the Club facililties or purchase a Guest Pass anytime, anyday and anywhere with an instant confirmation subject to availability.

Non-members will be able to sign-up instantly or to register as a full member and/or purchase a Day Pass instantly to access into the Club without being sponsored as a guest. Public will also be able to book BSRC room or sports facilities instantly too.

The next phase will allow our corporate accounts to manage their own BSRC account should they require to register a new employee; or to book the Club facilities instantly without the hassle of contacting our Admin Office. Payment can be made instantly via payment gateway to confirm your booking.

Cuurently, corporate accounts will need to contact our Admin Office to book the Club facilities; and arrange payment via card terminal, online transfer or by issuing BSRC a Purchase Order until the next booking system is available for corporate facilities by the year end.

Is my personal data safe and private?

Yes, the system is secured with anti virus and firewall to protect your data.
